The CLEO/QELS 2007 conference will take place in Baltimore, Maryland from May 6-11, 2007. The conference includes a peer-reviewed technical program, short courses, and exposition focusing on laser, electro-optics, and nanophotonics.

ILOPE 2006 will be held in Beijing, China from December 3-7, 2006 will join the Ministry of Science, the State Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Committee, the China Academy of Sciences and COEMA and associations from the USA, Germany, Japan and South Korea to hold high-level seminars in the following areas:

• Infrared technology Forum
• LED & FPD Conference
• Laser Application Conference
